Socal Tech recently reported some of the hottest news coming from Real Office Centers Santa Monica. Amazon Studios has teamed up with producer Scott Sites, famous for the Comedy Central sitcom Workaholics, to produce a new pilot that was shot at ROC called ‘Betas.’
This pilot was based on the Silicon Valley tech community and follows a young entrepreneur on his startup journey. Making waves for the entertainment industry, Amazon Studios is also paving the way for Amazon’s Instant Video service. ROC is ideal for production companies looking for a particular month lease, editing bays, and all the necessary amenities. ROC’s lobby, coworking environment, rooftop, and exterior (which some may recognize as the old Google offices) will be the center for shooting what has been dubbed as “a Silicon Valley version of the Big Bang Theory.”
