This announcement comes after the entire app claimed their photos to be going public. Many users became wary that if they did not make their profiles ‘private’ they would lose all rights over their photos. However, this tagging feature allows users to ‘show’ and ‘hide’ photos that are tagged of them, bringing back an aspect of privacy.
