Last February, Jeffrey Hall of the Brentwood News visited PMBC Group‘s client Real Office Centers: Santa Monica to conduct a little research of his own for ‘The Latest.’ Learning about ROC and what it takes for startups to make it, Hall tried out his idea on ROC’s CEO and Founder Ron McElroy.
Hall knew ROC is one of the premiere office spaces where startups and venture capitalists come together. Touring the offices, he got to see the coffee bar and soon-to-be cafeteria, conference rooms and other gathering places such as the picturesque rooftop for relaxing, co-working, and events. Ron told Hall about the “serendipitous meetups [that] can lead to extraordinary collaborations. With as many as 200 small companies that can fit inside the place, that’s a lot of potential for collaboration.” As companies grow they have room to expand, without disrupting work, and can continue collaborating with others throughout the process.
